Large Conference Area

  • Accommodates 48 comfortably with training tables and chairs provided
  • Meeting space is private on second floor area
  • Separate bathrooms provided adjacent to conference room
  • Two adjacent rooms may be available for break out areas for additional charges
  • Kitchen area adjacent to conference area is set up for easy buffet style serving area.
  • Ceiling mounted projector with 7’ x 14’ screen
  • Ceiling mounted speaker system
  • Use our laptop for presentations or with your own HDMI cable, bring your own.
  • Large Dry-erase boards
  • Disabled access available to second floor
  • Local Phone access

Catering or Food Service

  • We can provide you with a menu of local options breakfast, lunch or dinner plans.
  • You may provide your own prepared foods. No food preparation may be completed on premises due to Health Department Regulations.
  • We can provide coffee and beverage service.
  • Cost: please contact us for an up to date list of tiered menu availability.

Cost

  • $325 for the first 8 hours and $50 per hour thereafter.
  • Non-profit Rate may enjoy a discount of 20% of each room.

Terms

  • Any room rental including food will require a 50% deposit at time of reservation.
  • Balance due is to be paid on the day of the event.
  • There will be a cancellation fee of $150 dollars within 10 days of the event where food is provided.
  • Additional terms are included in our P&C policies which also apply here.
